Yes. Due to the nature of our security operations and certain client requirements, applicants must be United States citizensto be considered for employment. All candidates are required to provide valid documentation verifying U.S. citizenship and identity in compliance with federal and state laws.

Additional licensing, background checks, and state security certifications are also required prior to employment.

At Stanford Security Force LLC, we are committed to hiring qualified, professional, and disciplined security personnel. All applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older  (21 for armed positions, if applicable)
• Must possess a valid government-issued photo ID
• Must provide documentation verifying U.S. citizenship and identity
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must meet all State of Florida security licensing requirements
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Be able to pass random drug testing
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends If you served in the military, please provide us your — Military Form (DD214)

Additional certifications and prior military or law enforcement experience may be considered a plus but are not required unless specified for certain assignments.
